- British by birth, Jamaican by registration, Canadian by naturalisation, Australian by descent. Formerly Danish, too, but I lost citizenship in becoming Canadian. But no permanent status in the country I was raised in (the Bahamas), or in the country I've been living in since 1991 (the US). My flag is the blue-and-white of the UN, all other flags are historically interesting at best, despicable at worst.
